A private club selling development rights on its own edge. Metropolis partnered with Brightview Senior Living to build a senior living facility on roughly 6 acres of club property fronting Dobbs Ferry Road: 90 independent living units, 45 assisted living units and 25 Alzheimer's units, with all-inclusive rentals from about $4,000 a month. The two would apply jointly but operate as separate entities. Greenburgh Town Board members pressed for compliance with the town's affordable housing set-aside, which Brightview agreed to.
