Winged Foot Golf Club Selected to Host 2028 U.S. Open ↗
The USGA selected Winged Foot's West Course for the 2028 U.S. Open — the 128th U.S. Open, the club's seventh, and its 14th USGA championship overall. That total ties Baltusrol as the second-most-used U.S. Open host site. Prior Winged Foot Open champions include Bryson DeChambeau (2020), Geoff Ogilvy (2006), Fuzzy Zoeller (1984), Hale Irwin (1974) and Bob Jones (1929).
